Artichoke Pizza w/ freshly made Alfredo sauce....step by step
Alfredo sauce: 1/2 stick sweet cream butter, 1 package 8 oz light cream cheese, 1 clove garlic, kosher salt & fresh cracked pepper to taste, 1 cup cream, half n half or milk, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. melt slowly together in sauce pan stirring constantly until well blended and smooth... adding more salt,Parmesan and/or milk as needed. Serve over pasta, bread sticks or as a white pizza sauce.
